Empatel was founded in 2008. The organisation boasts a strong technical team of certified engineers and experienced sales and management staff that have a growing number of successful projects in the communications sector.
The partnership started when Empatel decided to look for a market leader to strengthen their outbound communications and take them forward in terms of their growth strategy. Empatel wanted to improve their outbound offering and chose Noble Systems from a variety of Tier 1 suppliers, including their incumbent.
This new partnership has enabled Noble Systems to quickly gain two new customers in the region, Winturkiye and Vakif Emeklilik. Winturkiye is a large outsourcer that specialises in collections and telelsales, working on behalf of many banks in Turkey including ING. Vakif Emeklilik is a large Turkish Bank and the Noble outbound solution is used within their general insurance division. The partnership is currently focused on Turkey and Northern Cyprus, but both organisations are looking to aggressively expand into nearby territories later in the year.
"I’m delighted that we have been able to form this alliance and believe the synergy of the two companies equates to a winning team," said Colin Chave, General Manager of Noble Systems EMEA. "Noble’s approach is to ensure that all of our clients are referenceable sites, this mirrors the Empatel model with their strong customer focused ethics".
Empatel’s General Co-ordinator, Tayfun Güvenç said “We are excited to announce this partnership with Noble Systems as it provides a clear growth-path for our organisation in terms of our outbound offering, with a robust platform that opens new opportunities in terms of regions and vertical markets for our unified contact centre strategy”.
