NTA partners with Bubble

CRM integration available on telephony platform from tomorrow.

NTA will launch a CRM integration tool from Bubble on its telephony platform.

This will create a unified solution designed to meet customer telephony and CRM integration needs. The solution is scheduled to be introduced to partners tomorrow (3 December).

Starting tomorrow, NTA’s MobeX connector can be integrated with Bubble's CRM and ERP systems. This can streamline workflows and optimise customer touchpoints for businesses of every size.

NTA said the offering aims to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. Key features of the integration include click-to-dial, call logging, real-time call pop-ups, and powerful automation.

Cliff Chandler, head of sales, NTA, commented, “While we have had CRM integration for many years, our new partnership with Bubble now allows us to connect with over 200 CRM platforms.

“Even if a customer's CRM isn't currently compatible, adding it to the integration roadmap is seamless and comes at a lower cost than other solutions in the market.”

NTA is offering partners a complementary 30-day trial so that partners and end-users can use the toolset to manage calls and workflows through a unified interface.
