Northern Ireland’s only O2 Centre of Excellence (COE) Partner, Barclay Communications, has out performed O2’s 16 other CEO partners and achieved the first quarter’s top partner ranking for the second time.
It has also extended their commitment to the O2 COE programme and will be official an O2 COE partner for the next three years.
Britt Megahey, managing director at Barclay Communications, commented: “We have achieved great results as an O2 Centre of Excellence Partner. For instance in April last year we signed an exclusive deal with O2 that enabled us to manage all O2 Direct’s Northern Irish SME clients. We have also shaken things up within the company by restructuring our customer service and account management teams, and it all seems to be paying off, as the quarter one results and our 96% customer retention rate are showing.”
