Oak Achieves Quality Management Standards Accreditation

Unified Comms
Oak has achieved their fifth consecutive 100% score in the ISO 9001:2008 assessment this month. The accreditation recognises Oak's ongoing commitment to the highest standards of product delivery, systems management, legal compliance and customer care.

The two-day independent assessment praised Oak’s dedication to innovation and excellence, commending the team’s “continually pro-active approach to improvement measures and enhanced customer satisfaction”.

Oak Joint CEO Phil Reynolds is delighted with the news, believing that ISO accreditation is central to building customer confidence in the company:

“This is all about differentiating ourselves from the crowd in terms of the quality of products and services that we offer. ISO provides customers with the assurance that we will deliver what they want, both now and in the future. That is 100% our commitment.”

ISO 9001 is one of the most widely used and recognised voluntary Quality Management Standards (QMS) in the world, certifying more than one million businesses in 163 countries. Its common sense approach to a customer-focused delivery of products and services means that, in short, it provides the basis for effective processes and effective people to deliver effective results time after time.

“Quality and innovation are central to Oak’s identity,” continues Reynolds. “As we forge ahead with new product launches this year, ISO accreditation is a way of letting the world know, in big, bold letters, that we are putting the time and resources in, and are well placed to deliver the robust, leading-edge products that they are looking for.”
