Significantly for Oak, the Adaptive suite includes Progressive and Predictive Diallers together with a Media Blending Platform. Oak joint-CEO Phil Reynolds (pictured) believes these will make a perfect and complementary addition to the company’s expanding product portfolio in 2016.
