In a statement announcing the addition, Oak said that the new SaaS option will broaden the appeal of Clarify and will be ideal for customers looking for an easy-to-deploy, scalable, web-based recording solution that saves them money upfront. ClarifyGo will be widely available later this summer.
“We’re delighted to have ClarifyGo out the door, knowing that this will give solution providers and their customers greater choice and ease of deployment,” said William Emm, Oak CEO (pictured). “This important period of testing will ensure that ClarifyGo is readily available to our partners sometime in Q3 this year.”
Customers will now be able to choose between having their own on-premises Clarify solution or a monthly subscription model depending on their needs. ClarifyGo will be maintained and managed by Oak in the cloud, removing the need for extensive IT support in-house and ensuring business continuity, Oak confirmed.
Currently available as a single instance solution, Clarify’s features include speech analytics and quality measurement. Oak said that the solution is popular in sectors such as finance where organisations wish to retain greater control over their data, and is also a good choice for organisations using a hybrid of systems (e.g Teams and Mitel) due to its ability to capture voice data from traditional telephony systems.
