OneCom has acquired Leicester-based Daly Systems.
It is the company's 12th acquisition since 2020 and its second deal of the year following its £10 million takeover of Excalibur in March.
Daly Systems is a partner of Gamma, Microsoft, Openreach and Jola.
This acquisition also enhances LDC-backed Onecom’s geographic reach via its Leicester Operations Centre.
Headquartered in Hampshire, OneCom boasts has a large number of partners, including Vodafone, Microsoft, Google, Mitel, Samsung, Apple, Gamma and Five9. The company is poised for further growth with a workforce of more than 700.
