The data and telecommunications’ specialist first secured Investors in People (IIP) status in 2009, with the higher standard awarded this month after the company satisfied a further 26 evidence requirements. These demonstrated a further commitment to excellence in staff training and development programmes beyond that required for the initial IIP standard.
