The news comes just five months after the company was named as the fastest growing tech firm in the UK by The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100.
The Isle of Man-based business telecoms company, which employs more than 100 people, operates from its headquarters in the capital town of Douglas.
The award-winning firm has now been placed 7th in The Sunday Times list of 100 Best Small Companies to Work, 2019.
It is the second time in two years that plan.com has appeared in the prestigious line-up. Last year, the company was ranked at number 14.
The results are based on anonymous employee feedback surveys that allow employees to comment on all aspects of their working environment, relationships and organisational culture.
plan.com, which was was benchmarked against more than 742 small businesses seeking accreditation.
