Chris brings over two decades of experience in contact centres, customer experience and business transformation across the telecoms and utilities industries. Chris's responsibilities include managing Pragma's award-winning technical team which has been recognised as Ericsson-LG's global technical team for three consecutive years and working closely with Pragma's business development team to extend the support offered to Pragma's reseller partners.

Pragma is currently working on the launch of a new product roadmap that includes a significant cloud update, the launch of cloud contact centre and the introduction of a new handset range. The team is also focusing their efforts on promoting Web Listings, a monthly billing solution aimed at tackling the decline in revenue experienced by comms resellers due to the transition from ISDN to SIP.
