The distribution partnership, which launched on 21 August 2019, will make it an easier, faster and better experience for customers in the UK and Ireland to gain access to NovaStar LED control system technologies via PSCo’s enhanced local services, including; product demonstration and evaluation, accredited training programs, technical support, local stock, payment terms, and enhanced warranties.
PSCo will be implementing a dedicated NovaStar showroom experience at Innovation House in Bracknell to provide customers with firsthand access to the latest NovaStar technologies. Moreover, PSCo will host exclusive product training days, as well as regular training programs, where the customers can learn about the features, functionalities and possibilities of NovaStar LED display solutions and how this can benefit their business and customers, as well as to support the deployment and after-sales care. PSCo will be making investment in demonstration equipment and local sales stock to help give customers fast, local access to a range of NovaStar products.
