The deal will see PSU provide a complete telecoms and broadband solution including a new Mitel telephone system install, Calls, Lines and Billing, an Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) networking upgrade and an ongoing, multi-year maintenance service.
The Mitel 5000 HX Business Phone System will give Foskett Marr Gadsby & Head a solution that leverages the benefits of converged networks to generate enhanced efficiencies and lower their overall communications costs. The company will also achieve additional cost savings and management efficiency by moving its Calls, Lines, Billing and ongoing maintenance needs over to PSU.
By replacing the legal firm’s existing ADSL connections with EFM, PSU will enable the company’s offices in Epping and Loughton to benefit from the enhanced reliability and robust performance offered by a new high speed business-grade Internet connection.
