Purple has announced a strategic partnership with Smart Communications.
The collaboration is a significant step in the company’s plans to improve how businesses and retail venues connect with their customers, using advanced, secure and data-driven WiFi solutions tailored to specific needs.
“We are thrilled to partner with Smart Communications, a company that shares our vision for leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth,” said Bob Koch, Purple’s SVP of global alliances. “This partnership will enable us to bring our innovative solutions to a wider audience, empowering businesses and retail venues to use WiFi as a dynamic tool for engagement and business intelligence, rather than just a utility.”
Through the partnership, both companies will bring innovative capabilities to a broader market, enabling businesses and retail venues to enhance customer engagement, improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency, and ensure secure and compliant connectivity.
As part of the partnership, Smart Communications is launching Smart Surf, a new public WiFi proposition.
Smart Smurf will use Purple’s technology to offer free, high-quality and secure public WiFi across various business and retail venues. The initiative aims to enhance digital engagement and provide visitors with a seamless and secure online experience.Smart Surf, powered by Purple’s advanced analytics platform, will also offer businesses valuable insights into customer behaviour, enabling them to optimise their spaces, tailor their marketing efforts and, ultimately, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Robert Webster, MD at Smart Communications, said, “At Smart Communications, we believe in providing solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations. Our partnership with Purple enables us to bring cutting-edge, data-driven connectivity solutions to businesses and retail venues, enhancing customer engagement and driving growth.”
