Their primary aim was to increase knowledge of Unified Communications & convergence technology throughout the Panasonic reseller channel. Rather than just discussing the theory behind this technology, convergence was put into context with real-life examples using the current Panasonic suite of IP systems – in particular the TDE and NCP ranges.
Neil Hutchinson, Panasonic Channel Manager at Rocom, presented at the event: “These workshops were aimed squarely at our resellers’ sales teams. It’s vital to the continued success of the Panasonic brand that our resellers can confidently propose IP solutions which stand up to scrutiny from the increasingly tech-savvy end-users inhabiting today’s market. We got great feedback from everyone who attended, and we’re looking forward to seeing the results as these staff get out on the road and present these systems to customers.”
Neil continued: “Hosting educational events such as these workshops has helped Panasonic establish themselves at the top of the IP telephony ladder, with the TDE and NCP systems providing feature-rich, flexible and affordable solutions to SMEs.”
Following the success of these initial workshops, Rocom are planning more for the future.
