Sky Business signs multi-year agreement with Caffè Nero

Company will enhance digital infrastructure across 787 stores across UK.

Sky Business has signed a multi-year agreement with Caffè Nero. 

Under the deal, Sky Business will enhance digital infrastructure across 787 stores in The Caffè Nero Group in the UK, ensuring a reliable, high-performance network that supports seamless operations and an improved customer experience.

As part of the partnership, Sky Business will introduce next-generation connectivity solutions in 90 per cent of Caffè Nero UK stores, strengthening business-critical communications and ensuring secure and fast connectivity for customers and employees. This investment will enable frictionless transactions, enhanced public WiFi and a scalable network supported by a resilient, end-to-end failover solution.  

The integration of Sky’s latest connectivity innovations will ensure consistent performance and increased resilience across all locations.
