The most recent new staff member Bob Young, STL’s Project Coordinator, said “STL is the best organisation I have worked for in my 35 year long career. There is a really positive ethos here and the culture of skills training and leadership combined with the fun and social events help create a staff ethos that encourages loyalty and excellence in performance.”
