BT have accused their broadband providers for failing to look after their networks after a series of web glitches reported by the organisation this week.
Tech entrepreneur, Scott Fletcher MBE says providers like BT should do more to warn their customers about potential outages if they have not updated their network systems, but adds that more must be done to ensure that most homes and businesses receive superfast broadband.
“The way we conduct business is rapidly changing and will continue to change in the future. The only thing that we can predict for certain is that the fast interchange of data will be an essential feature of the digital age,” said Mr Fletcher who is the founder and chairman of ANS Group.
“Superfast fibre-to-the-premises broadband would be of immense benefit to British business in the short term and would accelerate the development of new technology in the long term.”
