Staff at South West Communications Group have been immunised against the flu virus to maintain a healthy and happy team this winter.
The telecommunications firm offered free flu jabs to all its staff members to try to keep sick days at a minimum during the colder months.
First up was managing director Harry Langley, who said: “It makes economic sense for us to fund this company-wide immunisation programme to try to keep as many members of staff as healthy as possible during the winter.
“Every business suffers when even a few members of staff have to take time off sick and we want to avoid the effect lengthy absences could have on our project deployment s and customer service, and to relieve the stress put on other members of staff who have to cover extra duties.”
