Riello UPS will merge with Constant Power Services and Powertecnique.
The strategic merger will take effect from Wednesday 1 January 2025 and aims to enhance service offerings, customer support, and innovation in the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) industry.
Constant Power Services and Powertecnique will be brought into the Riello UPS brand to create one unified entity.
The combined company will have a headcount of 180, with headquarters in Wrexham, North Wales, alongside offices in the south of England and Scotland.

Riello UPS is the UK subsidiary of RPS SpA, the Italian UPS manufacturer.
