TMT First named Microsoft service partner

TMT First has announced it has been appointed a Microsoft Authorised Service Partner (ASP). 

Under the new partnership, TMT First will provide both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for Microsoft Surface devices.

This new alliance with Microsoft adds to TMT First’s list of direct OEM partnerships, which now includes Apple, Samsung, and JCB Toughphone. 

TMT First will have access Microsoft training, certification programmes, advanced diagnostics, specialised tooling, and spare parts. This will help to ensure every repair meets Microsoft standards.

TMT First was founded in 2006 and today employs over 150 skilled technology repair professionals at its Staffordshire facility. The company processes nearly 250,000 devices annually.
