Tollring solutions gain Microsoft Azure IP co-sell eligibility status

Three SaaS Analytics 365 solutions for Microsoft Teams achieve qualification.

Tollring has announced that all three of its SaaS Analytics 365 solutions for Microsoft Teams - Call Analytics, Call Recording with AI Analytics and Collaboration Analytics - have attained Microsoft Azure IP co-sell eligibility status.

This qualification enables Tollring’s Analytics 365 Suite to add value to end customers while reducing their Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC). All three products are accessible via the Microsoft Azure and AppSource Marketplaces.

End customers, service providers, resellers and Microsoft partners can buy and self-provision all three Co-Sell Eligible Analytics 365 products on Microsoft marketplaces. With each having the same interface, it is simple and quick to get up and running.

For partners, the suite offers tangible differentiation within their Teams Calling and Direct Routing offerings. It provides analytics for every need, whether internal collaboration, call analytics for external performance, compliance recording or conversation analysis.

The trio of Analytics 365 products provides users with intuitive visual insights that reveal trends and patterns across all areas of communication within Microsoft Teams. Designed to provide critical business analytics to any size of business, the Analytics 365 suite compliments Microsoft applications such as Viva Insights, Queue app and Co-Pilot, providing in-depth customer experience metrics (such as understanding the detail behind how many calls are in the queue or missed in real-time), compliance recording of Microsoft Teams interactions, AI-driven insights from conversations (such as automated analysis of spoken topics across all conversations) and internal metrics (providing depth of understanding of collaboration and workload).

Providing useful applications for every and any business, Analytics 365 can add value, enhance customer experience and drive business performance.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring, said, "We are thrilled to attain the distinguished status of being IP Co-Sell Eligible, which extends the audience and visibility of our Analytics 365 product suite. Our strong focus on creating marketplace cloud SaaS solutions that are easy to purchase online, deployed in a few clicks and are intuitive to use, has been instrumental in achieving this status. We will continue to help our partners and direct customers to boost the effectiveness of Microsoft Teams through analytics as well as now helping Microsoft CSMs to enhance their customers’ MACC commitments through analytics.”

Riz Khan, senior partner development manager/ISV & SaaS recruit at Microsoft, said, "Working with Tollring as they became Azure IP Co-sell Ready is a fantastic achievement, their commitment to leveraging Azure's capabilities has significantly enhanced their market visibility and credibility, opening doors to new business opportunities through Microsoft's extensive network. With the scale of the Azure Marketplace and our joint efforts, Tollring is delivering exceptional value to both our clients, ensuring mutual success and a strong partnership."
