IPedge is Pure IP "Communications Server" offering native SIP trunk support with on-board CTI, unified messaging and conferencing all in a single platform. With unified communications integrating into many of the customer’s critical applications resilience becomes key and the IPedge has multiple options including replication of the voice mail over several systems ensuring that a single hardware failure does not stop business.
IPmobility - Smartphones are a regular device in most businesses and within the next year it will be hard to find anyone in business without one. Integrating the mobile is critical to maximise the benefits of mobility with the feature richness of the IPedge. IPmobility allows users to record their voice mail greeting on their smartphone and upload it to the IPedge using the phone’s data connection. Messages can be reviewed, forwarded or deleted through the application and with its twinning feature traditional PBX functionality can be enabled via the application.
Meet-Me-Conferencing – With the high costs of travel and limited time that the modern business users has to cope with in today’s competitive market the on-board conferencing tools allow businesses to maximise their staff’s time. A conference can be a simple dial in audio bridge or an all-out meeting with video and desktop/application sharing.
Contact Centre – The informal call centre is becoming common as most companies have the need to manage a volume of calls to certain customer facing departments within their business. Toshiba has always had a very strong contact centre offering but we now have plans to include the software on-board IPedge by the 1st quarter of next year to complement our existing offerings.
Daniel Fuller-Smith, Sales Manager at Toshiba commented, "Join Toshiba to experience its latest iterations of the company’s simple, single box solution, IPedge, and hear about the range of incentives and advantages that both new and existing channel partners can enjoy across a range of sectors – from SMB, to education, corporate and public sector."
