Airwave Smart Mobile is a mobile communications service designed specifically to meet the current and future needs of public service organisations. Operating as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), it provides access to one the UK’s largest mobile networks and enables the possibility of interaction with Airwave’s Emergency Services Network (ESN). For the first time ever users will be able to connect – on a permissions-only basis – from smartphone to a talkgroup on Airwave’s ESN.
