TalkTalk Business’ success has been strengthened by its relationship with existing customers such as the Post Office and Utility Warehouse and its sustained ability to offer wholesale phone and broadband services across 95% of the UK. The company has also been bolstered as carrier revenues achieved 34% growth in H1 FY16, amounting to £55m in total; data revenues were also up by 15%.
In addition, the first half of FY16 has seen TalkTalk Business continue to offer a wide range of connectivity and data products to customers ranging from SoHo and SME businesses to multi-site enterprises, and generating revenue through long-term relationships, primarily for the supply of consumer and small business phone and broadband services.
“We are thrilled with the results from the first half of our financial year, which reflect our commitment to providing our customers and partners with quality products and services that leverage the scale and capability of the TalkTalk next generation network”, said Charles Bligh, Managing Director of TalkTalk Business. “Demand for data will continue to driveoutstanding growth for TalkTalk Business. As we look to expand capacity on our network and concentrate on developing new and innovative products, we are excited to see TalkTalk Business evolve and continue to deliver strong, sustainable and reliable services to our customers.”
