Having looked into the hosting and colocation firm’s employee engagement strategy, Mind has promoted UKFast as an example of best practice.
Mind applauded the company’s employee wellbeing strategy, which encourages open channels of communication so that employees feel comfortable and supported when expressing their thoughts and feelings, and a range of benefits to encourage fun in the workplace.
UKFast was also keen to highlight the benefits of health and fitness when tackling mental health problems in the workplace.
