Used by over 600 communication providers (CPs), the aBILLity platform is one of the most widely used software packages of its type in the UK. It provides the tools to calculate customers’ network usage, rates this usage according to tariffs, then generates and dispatches invoices to customers. The platform offers many additional features that assist CPs in profitably managing their network services and complying with industry regulation.
Discussing the inspiration behind the app, Head of Sales and Marketing, Vincent Disneur, said, “During consultations with our user community, one thing that repeatedly came up was a desire for on demand access to certain information held within aBILLity’s database. Similar to how banking customers can use an app to quickly check the balance of their accounts and manage payees, we’ve developed our app to provide easy access to contact information, customer data, and management reporting that can give a snapshot of how billing operations are performing.
