VIA’s Teams integration will work with their products VIA UC and VIA Contact Centre, therefore bringing in advanced call routing, call centre features, dashboards and advanced user management that is currently not available for Microsoft Teams users. Administrators can manage all of their company’s telephony easily through a management portal while end-users have all the efficiency benefits of using Microsoft Teams.
VIA is welcoming reseller partners, managed service providers and end-user customers to join them for a Champagne breakfast at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) on City Rd, London where they will have presentations, demonstrations and the chance to try out the solution.
VIA’s Sales Director Alex Tebbs (pictured), who is speaking at the event says, “We are looking forward to launching our integration of Teams as this is the future of communications in the workplace. We believe this is the most advanced version of Microsoft Teams currently in the market-place and are excited to introduce it on 9th May.”
Along with VIA, Jabra, Sennheiser and Poly will also be displaying a range of their new headsets and hardware for you to sample and try with Microsoft Teams.
VIA’s Infrastructure Director Eddie Worthington, who is speaking at the event says, “We’re excited about the launch of our integration. VIA are a telephony specialist, so our product will help businesses through voice feature-rich unified communications.”
