David joins Virtual1 from Virgin Media, where he held a number of senior roles within the operational division: from being Head of National Networks; through leading Business Wholesale provisioning and service management function; to, most recently, running strategy, analytics and NPS for the COO, shaping the 5-year strategic plan across 10 operational divisions and linking that to the long-range financial plan.
