Avaya’s partnership with Wavenet will address the rising demand for cloud applications with a combined UCaaS and CCaaS offering with bundled calls and minutes.
Antony Black, director of wholesale, Wavenet, explained, “Our partners are serving customers in a business environment that has changed significantly over the past couple of years, and against that backdrop, it’s no surprise that demand for cloud-based communications experience technology has increased.
“By offering the combination of the Avaya UCaaS and CCaaS experience technology with Wavenet’s bundled voice plans, we are able to provide wholesale partners with a fully self-service managed platform allowing them to control their customers and more inportantly bill directly.”

The combined offer will be available to Wavenet customers and their network of wholesale channel partners across the UK.
