Yealink has announced their recognition as a Silver Technology Partner of Genesys. Yealink also released its latest Genesys G-Certified phone array, including the SIP-T19P E2, the SIP-T21P E2, the SIP-T23G, the SIP-T41P and the SIP-T42G, which are certified to be interoperable with the Genesys SIP Server.

The SIP-T41P and the SIP-T42G, two key phones in Yealink’s flagship ultra-elegant T4 series, boast Optima HD voice, graceful design and rich programmable DSS keys. The SIP-T19P E2, the SIP-T21P E2 and the SIP-T23G come from Yealink’s business-grade T2 series.
