
Zen Internet has appointed Maxine Blackwell as its new director for people and culture.
Known for her strategic mindset and communication skills, Blackwell brings a wealth of experience across multiple sectors, including law, manufacturing, retail and social housing.
Her focus will be on shaping Zen's people strategy. To this end, she has become ExCo sponsor of Zen's Women in Tech network, and its environmental and B Corp working groups, leading initiatives that align with its commitment to people and the planet.
