Members responded to its latest surveys, rating their provider for overall satisfaction and the likelihood that they’d recommend it to a friend, as well as for customer service and value for money.

The Which? survey also showed that when it comes to broadband and phone packages without TV, customers are much more satisfied. The survey confirms that combining broadband, phone and TV into one package can be convenient, however this often leaves customers feeling dissatisfied and that opting for a broadband and phone only package can deliver better service and savings in the long run.
