Zest4 have teamed up with VoxSmart to use mobile voice recording system, VSmartTM, which provides financial services organisations with a compliance solution for the impending Mifid II legislation.
This EU legislation, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), is expected to come into force in January 2017 and obligates financial organisations and their employees to record and store all calls related to ‘firm business’ for a period of at least 5 years. These calls include internal as well as external calls, plus text and all other type of messages.
VSmart is a cloud based solution which operates on any mobile network so end-user customers don’t need to switch mobile network carrier or replace SIM cards. The system has also been designed to seamlessly integrate with in-house recording machines to provide organisations with a complete end-to-end solution.
The launch of a mobile voice recording system follows quickly on the heels of M2M solutions, which Zest4 introduced in 2015. These new solutions enable Zest4 to offer reseller partners the latest in telecoms technology and benefit from the growing revenue opportunities that these latest solutions provide.
