Comms-care Completes Quality Management Standard

MSPs
Comms-care, now an Ingram Micro company, has successfully completed its transition to the latest version of the Quality Management Systems Standard ISO9001:2015 and is among the early adopters of the standard certified by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).

The ISO9001:2015 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, proactive leadership by top management, the process approach; and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn bring many business benefits.

Carol Sparkes, Compliance Manager at Comms-care, said: “At Comms-care we do not settle for the status quo and this early adoption of ISO9001:2015 is indicative of our proactive approach to superior service. We took the opportunity of the transition to not only comply with the new standard but also to update our quality policy objectives, which truly reflect our passion for achieving excellence.

Mark Forster, Operations Director at Comms-care, commented: “Achieving this is a genuine team effort and Comms-care’s success is a great testament to the enthusiasm of our staff and the effort put in across the company to meet the new requirements. This result should provide our customers with continued confidence in our commitment to satisfy the channel’s requirements and to exceeding their expectations wherever possible.”
