Computertel Win Best Customer Service Award

Call Recording and Quality Monitoring specialists ComputerTel Ltd achieved a victory on Thursday 12th June when the company won the Customer Service Award at Kent Business Awards 2008. To top the evening, ComputerTel were also announced as one of the finalists for the Judges’ Award for Excellence.

To win the prominent category of Best Customer Service ComputerTel successfully beat off competition from over 100 Kent based companies. The winners, out of four finalists, were announced at an Awards Ceremony and Dinner held at Detling Showground, Maidstone on Thursday 12th June. On the night, ComputerTel were also informed that they had been selected as one of four finalists for the most prestigious overall category, the Judges’ Award for Excellence. The category was deservedly won by Royal British Legion Industries, who also won the Social Care Award.

Sarah-Jane Heber-Hall, Operations Director of ComputerTel, summed up at the Awards Ceremony what winning this prominent award means to the company. “As our product portfolio has been designed to especially improve call quality within the Contact Centre and Service Industry market, winning this award is tremendous recognition of our commitment to Customer Service.

We are extremely proud to win this award and for our staff to be recognised and rewarded in this way.”

The award for Customer Service was collected on the night by ComputerTel's Managing Director, Philip Haynes.
