Distributor Crane Telecommunications has announced the launch of a series of reseller focussed training events to be held regionally, commencing September 2006.
The ‘Mitel Solution Sales Training’ has been specifically designed to provide resellers with the knowledge, tools and confidence to successfully sell Mitel Solutions to existing and new customers alike.
Craig Walden, Marketing Director of Crane Mitel business commented “This initiative has been launched to support Mitel’s Smart Rewards Programme which rewards resellers for selling Mitel applications. Essentially, we are providing the tools for our partners to profit from Mitel’s incentive.”
The training, following an inter-active format of real case studies, demonstrates how key questions can identify potential customer problems and their implications and provides examples of how Mitel solutions have been successfully sold as a direct result.
Crane confirmed the course will be held over a two day period with locations determined by the regional demand generated by resellers.
