Intelligent Communications trading as Incomm Limited launches its new corporate branding for 2010. With such a successful year so far, Incomm have become Interactive Intelligence’s 5th Partner in the UK, a Mitel Elite Partner, an Avaya Business Partner and a Microsoft Partner. The three founding Directors, Doug Murzell, Kathryn Bennett and Steve Wanklyn, former Managing Director of TMS are delighted at the progress so far, it makes an outstanding start to the year.
A series of large corporate wins has forced Incomm to restructure the business and create new brands. ‘Intelligent Hotel’ is the first brand to launch on 1st February, it is a modular range of “Advanced Converged Hotel Technologies and Services” that are supplied, installed and supported by Intelligent Hotel Limited part of the Incomm Group of Companies, therefore ‘one point of contact’. Specific to the Hospitality Market, we see this as an enormous division of the business leading up to the 2012 Olympics.”
Steve Wanklyn, former Managing Director with TMS with an MBA in management and after 25 successful years in senior positions within large international telecomms / data communication companies, has developed a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills in customer service and identifying technology solutions to improve processes, productivity and company growth / profitability.
With his fellow directors, Steve’s vision for Intelligent Communications (Incomm) and its sister company Intelligent Hotel is for both companies to become the best of breed in identifying customers requirements and providing technology solutions to everyday processes and productivity restrictions in order to grow companies profitably.”

Doug Murzell who joins as Technical and Operations Director, formerly Managing Director of DMT also has over 25 years experience in communications, with an MBA in Computing and having senior positions with some of Nortel’s most successful resellers.
