NextiraOne has been awarded Microsoft’s Premier Support Lync Partner (PSLP) certification, enabling it to provide support and maintenance for its customers’ Lync communications solutions.
Microsoft recently decided to entrust the first and second level support and maintenance for its Lync communications platform to its PSLP-certified system integrator partners. NextiraOne is therefore now authorised to directly organise maintenance for its own customers. For all third level issues (minor upgrades, etc.), NextiraOne can directly raise a support ticket with the relevant Lync team at Microsoft, who will then be responsible for resolving this type of issue.
“With our acclaimed skills and experience in communications, the logical next step for us was in delivering support and maintenance management. We are delighted that the hard work and expertise of NextiraOne’s teams has earned us this PSLP certification,” said Franck Annet, Microsoft Unified Communications Business Manager at NextiraOne France.
This certification has been awarded to NextiraOne France for its expertise in communications solutions and more generally its collaboration, as NextiraOne is one of Microsoft’s Gold Partners for these solutions. NextiraOne France now has a dedicated Lync support team. With Microsoft PSLP Certification NextiraOne can deliver support services both in France and across all the 15 European territories where NextiraOne has a presence.
