Interactive Telecoms head hunted Jelley after his decision to leave BT due to an internal restructure.
Margaret Brewer, Director of Interactive Telecoms, said: “We are committed to changing the way businesses communicate in the region.
“By introducing our own Hosted VoIP proposition we are providing a new solution to ensure the SMB / SME marketplace has access to this new service, which will improve business processes and reduce costs.
“Neil has the expertise and drive to really launch our Hosted VoIP into the marketplace and increase our growth via new business campaigns. It is an exciting and crucial time for us to take advantage of a very new marketplace.”
