More and more resellers are seeing the benefit of farming their bases for value added sales and installations of call recording, says Retell, who help resellers with vertical marketing materials and on site visits
Head of Business Development, Steve Cobley, says the call recording manufacturer also offers Accredited Partners free use of its outsourced telemarketing company for one week to help resellers target existing customers as well as maximise new business opportunities.
He said: “We have been helping those partners who have committed to free installation training and taken an in house system to target existing customers with a one week free outbound calling campaign. Not only does this help resellers to promote call recording but we also find that it leads to other sales and upgrades. Sometimes it’s the first contact that the reseller has had with their customer since the PBX was installed.”
He continues, “It’s got to be worth £1000’s and as our telemarketing team is outsourced they will agree an NDA, agree actions and report results directly to the reseller thereby guaranteeing confidentiality.”
To join Retell’s Platinum Accreditation scheme resellers attend a free installation training course enabling them to also take advantage of what Cobley describes as “a massive discount” on an in house recording system. In addition Platinum Partners will be passed end user leads that are currently being generated by their telemarketer. Free installation courses are currently available at Trust Distribution, Datasharp and Electromaster.
