Sideways 6 enters Workplace ecosystem

Unified Comms
Sideways 6 has announced it is now an official Developer relationship with Workplace by Facebook. The partnership will enable Sideways 6 to develop solutions which enable employee collaboration and innovation for the Workplace community.

Launched in 2016, Workplace by Facebook is built on the foundation that “anything is possible when people work together”. It utilises innovative technology to provide companies with a platform that increases performance through employee engagement and improved workflows.

The Developer Partnership will enable Sideways 6 to combine its idea management solution with the Workplace platform, offering decision makers the ability to power collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst employees, helping them to source new ways to improve the business as a result.

Adding Sideways 6 into the platform, businesses can benefit from a more integrated approach to workforce collaboration, by making it easier for their employees to share ideas and managing the Workplace ideas pipeline more effectively. This solution will offer users the chance to drive innovation by helping to put the best ideas from within their business into actions faster.

The partnership is already helping various Workplace users, and marks a continued investment by Sideways 6 and Workplace into helping businesses of all types achieve better working and innovation with employee idea management.

Commenting on the partnership, Will Read, Founder and CEO of Sideways 6 said: “We are delighted to be named an official developer in the Workplace by Facebook ecosystem. Integrating our technology will offer a more effective way for Workplace customers to tap into their community and listen to employee ideas, whilst helping businesses drive collaboration across their workforce.

Head of Partnerships, Armin Kammerlander, added: “At Sideways 6, we are always looking to push the envelope of workplace innovation and extending our relationship with Workplace by Facebook marks yet another milestone in the progression of our technology.”
