SpiriTel Wins Comms Business ‘Enterprise Solution of the Year 2009'

AIM listed SpiriTel has won the Comms Business Enterprise Convergence Award 2009 for its nationwide implementation of integrated voice over IP (VoIP) and WiFi solution across the entire Young's pub estate. The award was presented to Alastair Mills, Chief Executive of SpiriTel, at the Awards Dinner held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.

The Award recognises innovation in the supply of communications solutions which deliver robust and practical integrated voice and data products and services to large enterprise organisations. SpiriTel won the award for their implementation of its innovative Mitel-based VoIP solution for Young & Co.'s Brewery Plc. The Company provides a converged offering (including network services, hosted VoIP and customer Wi-Fi) to over 120 Young’s sites across the UK, including its head office.

Announcing the award, the judges said, “SpiriTel continues to demonstrate that they are committed to quality and innovation in solutions which benefit their clients’ own customer experience, as well as delivering an enhanced return on investment for the companies that use them.”
