Reseller Telefonix has signed a partnership with Mitel that will see them targeting the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) and business applications portfolio to medium sized companies with more than 300 employees.
Telefonix will specifically focus on the legal, retail and education verticals with the Mitel offering and will continue to grow its market share in the construction, finance and transport verticals together with expanding its call centre offering through adding the Mitel 3300 solution to its portfolio. As part of the partnership Telefonix will be offering a free 60 day mobile disaster recovery solution to all Mitel customers. This will ensure that should disaster strike telephone systems can be up and running again as quickly as possible.
