TeleWare, provider of communications solutions for mobile and distributed workers, today announced a new channel programme for the recruitment of 30 additional resellers to bring the TeleWare Mobile services, launched last week, to the UK business market.
The launch of TeleWare as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) provides network services specifically designed for business and represents a major breakthrough in delivering a true convergence of fixed and mobile networks with common and seamless switching for both Fixed and Mobile calls, combined with a core of centrally delivered applications.
“With TeleWare Mobile, Fixed Mobile Convergence solutions become simple to deliver and affordable,” explained Steve Haworth, CEO TeleWare Plc. “Initial figures from beta customers indicate savings in the region of 20% to 30% are available to businesses simply by changing their SIM card to automatically route calls through fixed or mobile networks for cost savings.” added Haworth.
TeleWare Mobile will integrate mobiles into standard business capabilities, such as IVR and Auto Attendant services used by the business, with all calls to mobiles linked to the business’s existing call management systems. The TeleWare Mobile network supports standard mobile data options, such as internet and mail connections, as well as advanced features such as Push-to-Talk (PTT), call recording and policy-based call routing.

TeleWare Mobile is a feature-rich service providing Voice, SMS and Data with full business control over call routing, even while roaming. By simply changing the SIM, users gain access to a common core for application activation, short code dialling, feature dialling to enhance application integration, number portability. TeleWare Mobile provides full support for all leading mobile phone types, including iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices. The service can use a SIP backhaul making it compatible with leading on-premise telephony systems from Cisco, Avaya, Siemens, Alcatel-Lucent, Panasonic and 30 other leading vendors.
