Distributor Nimans has taken delivery of a new audio conferencing unit from Konftel and declared: “The conference phone of the future is here today.”
The Konftel 300IP is a SIP-based device which the distributor says is ideal for companies using IP telephony. Numerous smart features guarantee ease of installation and teleconference management, according to Nimans.
Head of Conferencing Sales, Ian Brindle, says the stylish new unit incorporates SD memory card recording and an external wireless headset connection – features that are unique to Konftel.
He declared, ”The Konftel 300IP is equipped with Konftel’s patented audio technology OmniSound 2.0 with wideband to ensure a clear and natural sound. It combines the advantages of IP-telephony with ground breaking functionality such as easy installation supporting Power over Ethernet.
“In addition the unit allows users to connect 5-ways calls, and the easy to use conference guide helps them set up phone meetings with pre-programmed participants with a single press of a button. The 300IP can also be used with expansion microphones which doubles its pick-up area, making it ideal for large meeting rooms. It can also be connected to PA-systems or wireless headsets for a completely versatile solution.”
Brindle concluded: “The Konftel 300 has established itself as a firm favourite within the market, propelling Konftel into a new league in terms of performance and quality. The arrival of the 300IP further enhances its appeal and open up more sales opportunities for dealers as it has been specifically developed to capitalise on the growing demand of IP and SIP-based technologies.”
