Eurodata’s successful deployment of these solutions confirms the efficiency gains mid-market organisations can derive from UC. Microsoft recently conducted a study, which revealed that one in four workers spend the equivalent of three full working days each year trying unsuccessfully to connect with other people by phone. Especially for the smaller businesses, this wasted time could translate into significant loss of revenue, which they can ill-afford to loose.
