The partnership will benefit Abzorb customers with a streamlined provisioning process, ease of deployment and simplification of service level management. In particular, Genius will provide its unique approach to implementing international networks. This will meet a growing demand from UK-based businesses and will bridge a gap in the services offered by many network providers and carriers.
Abzorb has developed a reseller online pricing and ordering Portal which encompasses all major carriers. The portal allows resellers to manage their customer base to maximise sales opportunities across the complete Abzorb product set.
The Portal offers the functionality to create e-contracts for E-mail and Tablet sign off. All of this is available on the reseller’s own branded contract and, when digitally signed, these will be processed automatically by Abzorb’s systems reducing re-keying and reducing error rates.
