Cirrus has announced a new partnership with Nice.
Under the new partnership, Nice’s customer experience (CX) platform will be added to Cirrus’s portfolio to help small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK access a solution that can improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
The Nice CXone Mpower solution will be available to Cirrus partners, providing them with an AI-driven CX solution tailored to the needs of mid-market contact centres with 25 to 500 seats.
CXone Mpower can unify workflows, agents, and knowledge on one platform, helping to transform traditional customer service into a proactive, AI-powered experience.
