This week's Monday morning sales meeting was not like any other. With no clues given to the sales team apart from advising them to dress down on a Monday morning, the team were transported from the office to Rye House Go Karting in Hertfordshire, the same track where Lewis Hamilton started racing from a young age, to have their own taste of a Grand Prix race. Racing for over an hour with a chequered flag finish line, Matt Donaldson sped to the winning trophy, followed by Channel Manager Steve Yates in second place and coming in third place, Clifford Norton MD of Channel Telecom.
Clifford Norton stated, "I was keen to offer the sales team the same chance to fly out to Dubai with their partners that qualify for the incentive and this was the perfect way to motivate them. Good luck team!"
Running from 1 June to 31 August the incentive is based on partners reaching a sales target within the three months to qualify for the exhilarating trip. Offering dealers and resellers the chance to jet off to Dubai to watch the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on 3 November, the four day trip also includes dining in the most exclusive restaurants and playing golf on some of the most renowned courses for a chance to play for the ‘Channel Cup'!
The incentive will open to both new and existing partners throughout the three months giving partners of all sizes equal chance of reaching the target.
