In its first full year since being awarded Platinum Partner status by Vodafone, Maintel Mobile has been praised by end users for great customer service, contactability, product understanding, and rapid resolution of issues.
A key point from the independent survey was thatMaintel Mobile customers are, in comparison with the industry average,significantly more likely to recommend the company’s services.
Maintel Mobile, which focuses on business-to-business activity, was also praised for its deep understanding of the needs of the corporate market.

Maintel has just announced strong end of year results in which its newly-acquired Mobile division has integrated successfully into the broader business, achieving a high rate of customer renewals and a four per cent increase in connections.
